Warranty for all VZR Products sold as new:
VZR Inc. (“VZR”) warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship. The VZR Model One headphone (“Product”) is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase (“Warranty Period”). This Limited Warranty only applies to Products purchased directly from VZR, or any of its Authorized Dealers or Distributors. All rights provided in this Limited Warranty are granted to the original purchaser, and may be transferred at any time during the Warranty Period by the original purchaser to a new owner. In the event ownership of the Product is transferred prior to the expiration of the Warranty Period, this Limited Warranty shall terminate at the end of the Warranty Period. The original purchaser must make a claim within the Warranty Period. A claim shall not be valid and VZR has no obligation related to the claim if it is not made within the Warranty Period and if it is not made in strict compliance with the requirements detailed at www.vzrinc.com/warranty. VZR warrants any replacement product or parts furnished hereunder against defects in materials and workmanship for the longer of the following: (i) the amount of time remaining under the Warranty Period, or (ii) 120 days from your receipt of the repaired or replaced product. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES RELATED TO THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT AND ANY REPLACEMENT PRODUCT OR PARTS (INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE TERM OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. VZR will, at its option, either: (i) repair the product, or (ii) replace the product with a new VZR Product which is identical or reasonably equivalent (in VZR’s sole discretion) to the Product. In the event VZR, in its sole discretion, is unable to replace or repair the Product or it is not commercially practicable to do so, VZR may refund the purchase price paid for the Product. This Warranty does not cover shipping to or from VZR’s warranty service depot. Please visit VZR’s website for more information on returning Product back to VZR. This Warranty Does Not Apply to and specifically excludes: (a) Damage or malfunction due to misuse or normal wear and tear; (b) Any physical and/or electrical damage resulting from, but not limited to: accident, abuse, misuse, malicious destruction, liquid contact, fire, earthquake, acts of nature, or other external causes); (c) Products with an identification label, serial number, or safety label that has been removed, partially removed, altered, or is unreadable; (d) Damage or inoperability caused by inadequate repair work performed by the end user or any non-authorized repair center; and (e) Accessories or consumable items (including, but not limited to: EarPads and/or headphone padding, cable/clips, foam microphone windscreens, carry cases). Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. VZR reserves the right to change the product specifications without prior notice.
Warranty for all VZR Certified Renewed and B-stock Products:
All of our Certified Renewed Products carry a (1)Year Limited Warranty. Please see above information for these certified renewed and b-stock products (warranty same as new products.)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Certified Renewed and B-Stock Products
All Certified Renewed and B-stock products come with a 14-day return policy. You will be given a full refund minus (-) the flat rate of $15 shipping cost if the following conditions are met:
Products returned for refund must be in good condition with all components and accessories included with the purchase. The product must be returned in full working order and with no signs of physical or internal or external damage.
Re-packed in original packaging. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Pay for all costs of shipping back to Issaquah, WA:
